Our Return Policy

We confidently stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a 100% satisfaction to all of our art collectors. However, in the unlikely event that a product may arrive damaged or with a defect, or you happen to change your mind, we a full money-back guarantee or replacement for most purchases made on our website (see below for details).

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within:

  • 7 calendar days from your purchase for bespoke prints made by us.
  • 14 days calendar days from your purchase for all other art objects (this includes original art, sculpture, and other products such as apparel items)

After the given period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

We cannot offer a refund on any prints that have been framed by us, as each frame is bespoke-made for the individual artwork (excluding, in the unlikely case in which an item arrives damaged).

How to make a return

Please read the below instructions before attempting a return.

In order to request a return, you must first contact us at [email protected] within the above stated return period. For bespoke prints  you have five calendar days from receiving your item to get in contact with us.

Please provide any relevant information regarding your order including your order number, reason for the return as well as any photos of the product and packaging, if relevant.

In most events we will arrange a courier pickup for your item on the earliest possible date.

Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you received it in and must contain all relevant documentation such as certificates of authenticity and any other add-ons which were included in your order.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you have initiated the return after the given return period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

The refund value excludes any shipping costs involved.
